There is something about a brand new sharpie that screams unlimited possibilities. At a favorite things party I attended, someone brought a package of rainbow colored “80s colors” sharpies and the entire group swooned over them. When I saw these neon sharpies I immediately thought of coloring Easter eggs with them.
Of course, every single activity at our house becomes something at least 2 of my boys will jump in on, so here are the beautiful eggs that I created with my little kids. I love that they are easier to make and customize than dyeing eggs. We had such fun making these that Jett thinks we need to color eggs every day. Isn’t that the way it goes with holidays and activities?
While I have visions of something much more creative happening on my own, I dream of being able to mimic these creations:

Or you could pass time on a rainy day with rocks rather than Easter Eggs like my friend Sheena did!
