Putting outfits together
Sometimes I feel like I need someone else to put together outfits for me. I am more willing to try something if a friend (or someone more stylish than me) tells me it will look good than just picking things out myself. My SIL Katie is so great at putting together outfits, and she will often take a staple like a basic dress and style it in so many different ways. Also, great sites like Cents Of Style and GroopDealz show items in outfits, and I pretty much love and want to buy everything they feature.
The Remi Swing Dress
I just got this adorable dress from Cents of Style called The Remi Swing Dress. I love it because it can be styled in so many different ways. Add a statement necklace or a vest and fedora, there are so many adorable ways to wear this.
The Remi Swing Dress is a basic essential item for your wardrobe. It feels like you are wearing sweat pants they are so soft. Chose from sizes small to 3XL and 17 different colors, you can pair it with any accessories and look fabulous. BONUS: This weekend its only $21.95 with free shipping using code Dress2016
My How To On Styling The Remi Swing Dress:
I am NOT a fashion blogger, but sometimes you find something awesome and have to share it. This is what I did. I got mine in olive green in a larger size just to be safe (I have had online order regret many times, amiright?) I would order it again in my typical size as its quite stretchy – no ordering regrets here! I love me some fringe anything, so added this fringe necklace for my statement piece and went with it.
I am so embarassed to show you this. Imagine me standing outside in my yard, asking my 7 year old to take a picture of my in my dress. Then recruiting my mom, with the neighbors outside wondering what the heck I am doing posing in a dress and getting my picture taken. Sometimes being a blogger requires awkward actions.
There you go, just keeping it real. Its like you can feel how awkward I felt. Hahaha. So, how would you style this dress? I am willing to try anything!
