I think I could stand to have some planning and organization of my blog.  Not only to keep it all straight, but to have a place to jot down ideas for posts and notes to include.  I have been using my phone, but there is something about writing it down.  I have search the ‘internets’ to give you the top 5 free printable blog planners.

A few months ago I started using a book calendar that I had kicking around my office that I wasn’t using.
There is a 2 page spread for every month – so enough room to write posts planned for each day – I write a post in pencil until it goes live or is schedule – then it gets erased and re-written in pen.
I also keep track on the same block for traffic for each day – then I can look back at a glance and see exactly what post did well for traffic or what posts did not so great.
There is also plenty of space for ideas – lots of extra lined pages at the back, but I usually jot down my ideas on my phone because ideas come to me everywhere (not while I am sitting at the computer) and if they are not written down somewhere – the idea is usually gone.

Some really great options here! I prefer to write my blogging things down, too. There’s something about it that makes the ideas suddenly real, and some of them actually get accomplished that way!

Brooke - Brooklyn Berry Designs

Hey, I’m Brooke!

I am a mom to 4 boys in Calgary, Alberta.  I love learning how things are made, singing to the radio loudly, and can’t stop talking. Fueled by diet coke and chaos, I can often be found working on a project.  You can hang out here for craft ideas and tips, games and activities to do with kids, plus FREE svg files and printables.
