Evernote – the company behind the digital list-making app, recently moved offices in Redwood City, California. The tight budget makes for outside the box ideas and construction material simplicity.
The company slogan -remember everything, and elephant logo make an appearance throughout the space via chalk art and faux taxidermy.
Evernote doesn’t have a traditional reception desk in their lobby. In order to encourage people to move around and meet with each other, the reception desk doubles as a coffee bar offering coffee and donuts for all.
Many different spaces are available to gather, work and relax in the office. The wide stairs are accompanied by cushion step seats. A fitness center, ping pong tables, break rooms, lounges, and snack counters all make for great collaborations to take place.
