I have decided I miss the good old days of blogging. When I would just ramble on about my family, the only people who really read it were my neighbors and my family, who would just laugh at the funny stories in my day. I had a family blog that just got to be too much to update, so I decided I am going to start posting some of those type of posts here. So, if you don’t want to read them I won’t be offended. I will still share projects, great ideas, and books I read all the time so keep reading! I want to remember the goings on of my life, and I think this will help!
What I have failed to announce is that I am having a 4th baby boy with a C-Section date in less than two weeks. AHHHH! I have been a pretty miserable pregnant person, so I have kept pretty quiet about it. I find it easier not to complain when people are asking how you feel. My standard answer to that is: Cranky. Or… Moody. I have never been pregnant in the summer before, and its quite the different experience. That and have 3 kids that still need to be parented (dang it) has made it so different than the first two. I also seem to be in denial about, and haven’t been as prepared. After the twins we got rid of most of our baby stuff, so it has really made me think of what is worth re buying and what we can just do without. I even wrote a post on the baby things I was willing to buy again.
Last week I broke out the cricut and decided to make some glitter onesies. I love my cricut machine but I almost forget all that it can do, and how easy it is. I found this awesome glitter iron on vinyl from Firefly Crafts and it was awesome. For those of you who craft, it was really easy to peel (compared to other brands I have used) available on Amazon so easy shipping for all you US prime members (jealous). The longest part of this project was decide what shapes to make. The shirts have since been claimed for the baby dolls that Jager and Boston insist on carrying with them everywhere we go.

Since the rafting trip Jett things he is Mr. Boat Man. We go to our lake and borrow the canoes and kayaks for family boat trips. The other day we borrowed a kids kayak and he just took off by himself. I was a little worried, thinking he might get stuck or unable to paddle if the wind got too strong. No instructions, he just jumped in the boat and paddled off. I was so proud of him, and you could tell he was proud of himself. He asked me to put this picture up in his room!
