Look inside Meg Ryans Gorgeous Soho Loft!
Meg Ryan recently renovated her Soho loft and after being featured in Architectural Digest it is now for sale. The loft looks updated and modern, while keeping remnants and inspiration from the past in the space. The long narrow hallway is a pre-war detail that brings lots of light into the space. The originial hardwood floors were refinished with an ebony stain. The entire space transformed from an industrial and cold feeling space, including a gym, and transformed into a french inspired design with larger rooms, an abundance of storage (the master bedroom has eight custom closets!) and built-ins throughout the space add character to the home.
Vintage lights nod to the industrial beginnings of the space. New appliances and built in cabinets and shelving add tons of storage to the enlarged kitchen. Mismatched dining chairs keep the eat-in kitchen casual.
White subway tiles, black and white patterned hexagon tiles, and a farmhouse style pedestal sink are inspired by the original time period of the building. Check out the details on the glass shower doors here.
I love the metal winsor chair in this room. Modern addition to a timeless classic. So beautiful. I wonder if the house is sold furnished?
Check out the home interior in Netflix Bloodlines.
The fireplace mantle is for looks only, but this dining room feels complete with the Victorian style fireplace.
Meg Ryan’s Soho Loft is listed for $10.9 million. See the listing here. Photo credit: The Corcoran Group.
