Wowza its a busy week.  We are still in school here and everybody in our house is ready for summer.  I am tired of bribing kids to go to school, finding shoes, finding matching shoes, and the schedules.  I am also headed to ALT summit for its first summer conference.  I get to see Martha Stewart, Joy Cho from Oh Joy, and of course, Gabrielle from Design Mom.  Best of all I get to share a hotel with one of my best friends from University (and co-founder of Little Light Design Collective).  Is it just me, or does the kids sense of your impending freedom make them that much more bratty?  We have had sick kids, and whiny kids.  And I am sick and tired of the whining.  So let me share with you what made me happy this week as I got to choose the favorites from last weeks Monday Funday link up.

I love graphic design, but don’t always love being on my computer to get them done.  If I can design a fun graphic with a free program on my phone I feel like I can be much more productive – watching TV while I get work done!  Check out the tutorial on The Every Day Domestic.

Glitter and champagne?  Sounds like a match made in heaven to me.  This would be a fun project for a summer party.  Find the tutorial at Plan Shaadi.

Peanut-Butter-Cheesecake-4A-Pretty-Life

Jo-anna made this Peanut Butter Cheesecake and she promises that it is easy peasy lemon squeazy.  Check out the recipe and instructions on A Pretty Life In The Suburbs.

Here is this weeks links – be sure to share your favorite posts – I can’t wait to read them all!

Brooke - Brooklyn Berry Designs

Hey, I’m Brooke!

I am a mom to 4 boys in Calgary, Alberta.  I love learning how things are made, singing to the radio loudly, and can’t stop talking. Fueled by diet coke and chaos, I can often be found working on a project.  You can hang out here for craft ideas and tips, games and activities to do with kids, plus FREE svg files and printables.
