Hair hair hair.
How I wish I looked every single day. Plus the photobooth in every room ala Alt Summit.
How I usually look. Hair in a pony tail (the day after the previous picture).
Anyone who has met me know, and they can testify that I have some crazy hair. My hair is very incredibly thick, which other people seem to envy, but it comes with its own set of challenges. First of all, it takes a long time to style. Who am I kidding, it takes forever just to dry. I could shower at night and it is still damp when I wake up in the morning. A blow dryer will take my damp locks and tighten the curls, which is counter intuitive to when I am straightening it. Once its dry I tend to look like a lion. It can then be straightened, but this is overall a 4 hour procedure.
The upside is that my hair is dry, so I can let it go quite a few days without washing it. SO its a bit of a trade off. I am also lucky because when I wear my hair curly I can wash and run. I just don’t feel very glam with curly hair.
My biggest hair challenge? Getting it looking glam and avoiding the mom ponytail as the day goes on.
Dove Hair and Walmart have teamed up to help tackle some of us mom’s biggest hair challenges, including getting curls without a curling iron, making color last and more. There are some cute videos HERE on how to fix common hair issues
