Natures Bounty Health Challenge

It has been 30 days since I started the Natures Bounty health challenge to make better choices to feel better inside and out.  If you have been following me on social media, you will know I have made small choices from taking more steps to eating healthier snacks.  When I started this challenge I also started taking the Hair Skin and Nails gummies from Natures Bounty.  Just a simple vitamin gummy that tasted good but also helped to remind me to keep going.  Making small choices each day isn’t that difficult, but its simplicity makes it easy to forget.  I found myself doing small things throughout the day to be the easiest way to not get overwhelmed with big choices.

Looking back over the 30 days, I didn’t notice any sudden changes but I did notice changes fairly quickly.  Mostly in my skin.  While I was pregnant my skin broke out horribly. I had worse acne than I ever had a teen.  It came on all of a sudden but was consistently there. It got slightly better after my son was born but it wasn’t until I started making healthier choices and including the Nature’s Bounty Hair Skin and Nail vitamins that it looked and felt better. What made me the happiest was when my husband and mom noticed and mentioned it to me. Talk about the best news ever.

Over all, I loved the Natures Bounty health challenge for the way that it got me making small changes in my daily life.  I am looking forward to setting more goals for myself in the next few months. Small and steady for the win!

As a member of the Chatelaine Tasters and Testers program I was given samples of Nature’s Bounty® Hair, Skin, and Nails Gummies to try.

Brooke - Brooklyn Berry Designs

Hey, I’m Brooke!

I am a mom to 4 boys in Calgary, Alberta.  I love learning how things are made, singing to the radio loudly, and can’t stop talking. Fueled by diet coke and chaos, I can often be found working on a project.  You can hang out here for craft ideas and tips, games and activities to do with kids, plus FREE svg files and printables.
