Paladin Smith is in a foreign country—and way out of his element! Sent to war-threatened Crimea to persuade a rebellious former student to return home, school teacher Paladin soon finds himself in the midst of political intrigues and international conspiracy. The close calls and adventures of this every man thrust onto the world stage will thrill you until the final page!

I found Persona Non Grata to be a delight.  The book is suspenseful and dramatic.  I read it quickly because I couldn’t wait to find out what happened next.  I loved the characters, found them realistic, and the plot was political, but not over my head.  A great read!

Hey, I’m Brooke!

I am a mom to 4 boys in Calgary, Alberta.  I love learning how things are made, singing to the radio loudly, and can’t stop talking. Fueled by diet coke and chaos, I can often be found working on a project.  You can hang out here for craft ideas and tips, games and activities to do with kids, plus FREE svg files and printables.
