When it comes to updating home exteriors, sometimes paint is all you need.

Here is a home that has been extremely updated in the inside, but not only that, some lipstick touch ups can be found on the outside as well.  Can you believe the difference a year makes in the curb appeal?

ResizeImageExterior AfterThis urban Calgary home has had some subtle changes to the home’s exterior. The window trim is now painted black, the front door is a sunny yellow.  There is a black storm door (I hate storm doors) but the yellow catches my eye.  The house is still small and cute, but now I want to walk in and see what is inside.  What way to draw in potential buyers (this home is currently for sale).

No major renovations, but your home exterior gets a big bang for the buck.  Don’t you think?
