My Fall Home Tour
Its fall again! As much as I love summer, fall will always be one of my favorites for home decor. I am not sure if it is because there is not pressure, or because there isn’t a set theme or color scheme to work with that other holidays come with. Either way, I am happy to show you a few little corners of my home that I have updated for fall. Be sure to check out the end of this post for a link of the other amazing fall home tours. Don’t you love seeing how other people decorate?
My fall table setting you have probably seen before. I shared it for my #12monthsofdiy project using silk magnolia leaves from Afloral. The wood place cards were my first attempt at wood burning, and its a new skill I would love to practice some more. Trying new things is scary and yet so fun. You can see the full tutorial over at the Walnut Hollow blog today.
This personalized wood sign I made for the Cricut Wedding project, and I haven’t got around to replacing the name. I have plans to update it to our own last name and established date, but for now I just love the texture of the reclaimed wood. I made this sign in Idaho while visiting family. There is just something about Idaho that makes projects happen. Thanks to my uncle Brad for helping this sign to happen. I have big plans for this guy, so hopefully you don’t get sick of seeing it.
Small updates to the home, but it is the little things that make your house feel like home.
I’m taking part in the Canadian Bloggers Home Tour this week! Each day, a new group of Canadian bloggers will be sharing their Fall decor. Visit each home tour by following the links on the days below.
