Squishmallows are a specific brand of cute plush toys that are cute cartoon form of animals. They are really squishy and soft, and have been very popular among kids recently.
My boys can’t seem to get enough squishmallows and have an extensive wish list for their favorites. It can also encourage the development of boundry and spacial awareness. I like to think of it as a great alternative to yoga and meditation.
Coloring for adults helps to relax our brain and quiet your mind. Having a meditative state is helpful in so many areas of your life. This includes sleep, focus, anxiety, and stress!
