Our Favorite Activities for Summer

The best part of entertaining kids in the summer is that your play space is suddenly MUCH bigger. The entire back yard becomes your play room. The toys all come out from the basement, and the summer toys come out as well. My boys all fight over the riding cars, they are way more exciting with room to actually drive them somewhere! Each day has a new favorite toy, and toys become used in all new ways. Instead of the dump truck hauling mega blocks, it’s now a water slide for toy cars. I love seeing them come up with new uses for all of their toys.

I think the babies would LOVE the water table. They play with a similar one at my brother’s house for hours on end. My oldest would be thrilled to have the water slide. What outdoor toys do your kids love?
