Make Self Care a Habit
Just like the advice we get on airplanes – put on your own oxygen mask first before helping someone else. Because if you don’t take care of yourself, you won’t be able to assist them properly.
It’s the same when you neglect your body and mind – you can’t be the best version of yourself, especially when others depend on you. But here’s the good news: with a self-care routine that brings you joy, you’ll experience the awesome benefits of a healthier mind and body.
If you want to stick with a habit for good, one simple and effective thing you can do is keep a habit tracker.

Setting boundaries
Create a “no list,” of things you know you don’t like or that you no longer want to do. Examples might include not checking emails at night, or not answering your phone during meals. Learning to say no to things that cause unnecessary stress will positively impact your mental wellbeing.
